• Square Footage Flexibility: Our modular system allowed flexibility in design, which enabled our team to use two additional units on-site efficiently.

• Timeline: Bob required a fast turnaround and was open to adapting the design for quick on-site installation.

• Stair Design Modification: To maximize floor space, Bob requested a revised stair design after initial mezzanine installation. We seamlessly installed the mezzanine first, allowing other trades to proceed, and later installed the new custom stairs once completed.
